Fantastic tasting Bar B Que Hamburger; a perfect, fast, easy meal for a busy day!
I had a recent invite to a game night at a friend’s house. Usually everyone shows up with some type of appetizer. One of the ladies there asked me if I had ever had Bar B Que hamburger. When I answered no, she informed me it was a Pennsylvania thing. Picture my eyebrows lifting. My grandfather was born and raised in Pennsylvania (although we did not hold that against him) and I grew up having eaten several of his boyhood meals. But I had never heard of and ever eaten any BarBQue Hamburger.
Well, you know me, I had to have the recipe. And of course, I had to tweak it a little.
Oh my goodness, this stuff is so good and very addicting.
This dish was another winner in the eyes of my teenage daughter and her friends.
NOTE: if you are planning on serving this to ANY teenagers….DOUBLE the recipe. They go through this meal like a swarm of locust. Make sure to serve yourself first! Hey, you cooked it didn’t you? Do you really want to go in to the kitchen for some and the pan is empty?
This BarBQue hamburger is great on a bun, toast or by itself with some chips.
I love FAST, EASY and DELICIOUS meals. And this definitely meets each one of those criteria.
Enjoy!
