Corn Pudding Gluten Free Dairy Free

Ingredients
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons gluten free all purpose flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup nut milk (I used almond milk)
- ¼ cup butter, melted (use vegan butter to make dairy free)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 can (15 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 ounces) cream style corn
Instructions
- Combine sugar and flour in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper together. Pour wet mixture into dry mixture. Stir in corn and cream corn. Pour into a greased 1.5 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
