My family use to eat a lot of red meat, but once my mom began suffering from gout we changed our dietary habits.Any red meat will cause her to have a flare up, so we began to eat more poultry and fish.Plain turkey burgers just did not taste that good when we first made our change over.We experimented alot with what ingredients to add or not add to make a good turkey burger. This recipe was the winner. It has just the right blend of ingredients to make a delicious burger. The first time we prepared this combination, there were fights over who got the extra burger; they were that good.Ahhh, summertime some fresh tomatoes, lettuce, onions and your favorite cheese on this burger….there are no words to describe.Just eat, smile and enjoy!
