I have always enjoyed Asian foods. I like the food combinations, texture and of course, the taste.
A new restaurant came to town which featured a hibachi grill method of preparing food.
One of the condiments they served to everyone was Shrimp sauce or as they referred to it as “Japanese ketchup”.
Boy, I soon discovered why. That stuff was fantastic!
I had to figure out a way to make it.
This is the recipe I now use to prepare Shrimp sauce at home.
Goes great on just about everything!
