Raw Cranberry Relish
- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sweet grapefruit segments
- ¾ cup sugar
- In a food processor combine cranberries and grapefruit.
- Pulse until roughly chopped.
- Transfer to a bowl and stir in sugar.
- Chill for 30 minutes.
