Gluten Free Honey Bun Cake Recipe
- 1 box gf yellow cake mix (I used better batter)
- ⅔ cup vegetable oil
- ⅓ cup water
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Mix together cake mix, oil, water, eggs and yogurt.
- Beat until all ingredients are well blended.
- Pour mixture into greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Mix together cinnamon and brown sugar. Make sure there are no clumps.
- Sprinkle on top of cake mixture and swirl with a knife blade until well mixed.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.
