Glutino Gluten Free Stuffing

- 2 Tbsp of unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1½ cups of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced celery
- l box Glutino corn bread Gluten Free Stuffing
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Lightly grease one 8x8 baking pan.
- In a heated skillet add the 2 Tbsp of unsalted butter and sauté onions and celery until translucent.
- Let the vegetables cool.
- In a mixing bowl empty package of stuffing mix. Add cooled sautéed onions and celery, eggs, chicken/vegetable broth.
- Let stand one minute.
- Stir until all the liquid has been absorbed.
- Place in greased baking pan and pack down.
- Cover with foil, bake for approximately 25 minutes.
- Uncover and finish cooking for an additional 8 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
