Aunt Helen's Creamy Cabbage and Kielbasa
- 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped coarse
- 2 medium yellow onions, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup brown mustard
- 2 cups sour cream or plain yogurt
- 1 13 oz Turkey Polska Kielbasa, sliced
- In a large pot or dutch oven, add enough water to barely cover the bottom of the pot, place coarsely chopped cabbage and sliced onions.
- Cook on medium heat until cabbage and onions are tender.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in mustard and sour cream or yogurt.
- Add cut up turkey kielbasa.
