In changing my lifestyle to gluten and dairy free, I did not realize how much I would miss bread. Now, I was raised with a father that cannot sit down to a meal without having bread as a menu option. We are from the South, remember.
I searched for a gluten free bread product and even tried my hand at baking some gluten free bread, without much success.
In talking with other people in the gluten free world, I was told about Canyon Bakehouse breads.
OH. MY. GOODNESS. This is the BEST bread I have eaten since going gluten free.
It is so soft, moist and tasty (I now have the problem of thinking I need to have sandwiches at least 2-3 times per day!!)
And now I can have toast for breakfast and oh my, French toast at that!! Be still my heart!
They have hot dog buns, hamburger rolls, loaf bread and muffins to name a few items.
The only problem I have is my local grocery is very stingy in how much inventory they have of Canyon Bakehouse.
I have bought Canyon Bakehouse locally, but I have also ordered online for direct delivery.
The price was right, the shipping was timely and the helpful suggestions on storing the bread were all great.
I ordered the sample pack and was not disappointed, but it sure was eaten fast.
So, yes add to my list of Things I Love: Canyon Bakehouse bread products.
