Mango Chicken Gluten Free Dairy Free

Ingredients
  • 4 chicken breast, grilled
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 mango (peeled, seeded and sliced)
  • ¼ teaspoon ginger
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Grill chicken however you like.
  2. In a sauce pan, heat lemon juice, orange juice, mango, ginger, and cinnamon.
  3. Cook and continuously stir until thickened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Spoon mango mixture over cooked chicken.
