Hamburger Casserole with Cornbread Topping Gluten Free, Dairy Free
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ onion, chopped
- 10oz beef broth
- 1 Tablespoon gf worchestire sauce
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 package gf cornbread mix (I used Pamela's cornbread mix)
- Saute onions. Add ground beef and cook until brown.
- Add broth, worchestire sauce and pepper and stir to combine.
- Mix together cornbread mix according to directions on the package. (I use almond milk to make my cornbread dairy free)
- Pour beef mixture in to a round baking dish. Pour cornbread mix on top to cover.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cornbread mixture is completely cooked.
