Hamburger Casserole with Cornbread Topping Gluten Free, Dairy Free

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ onion, chopped
  • 10oz beef broth
  • 1 Tablespoon gf worchestire sauce
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package gf cornbread mix (I used Pamela's cornbread mix)
Instructions
  1. Saute onions. Add ground beef and cook until brown.
  2. Add broth, worchestire sauce and pepper and stir to combine.
  3. Mix together cornbread mix according to directions on the package. (I use almond milk to make my cornbread dairy free)
  4. Pour beef mixture in to a round baking dish. Pour cornbread mix on top to cover.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until cornbread mixture is completely cooked.
