Chocolate Sauce
- 1½ cup sugar
- 4 Tablespoons cocoa powder
- ½ cup butter
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 2 teaspoons gluten free vanilla extract
- Put sugar and cocoa in a sauce pan.
- Whisk together.
- Make a well in the middle of the sugar cocoa mixture and add the butter.
- Place on burner over medium to low heat.
- Stir until butter is melted and mixed thoroughly.
- Add milk and vanilla to pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat.
