Slow Cooker Roast with Veggies Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2-4 pound roast
  • 4-8 potatoes, cut into chunks
  • 6-10 carrots, cut into chunks
  • 1-2 onions, cut into fourths
  • 10-15 cloves of garlic, peeled (I have used a whole bulb)
  • 2 Tbsp GF Worcestershire sauce
  • 24-32 ounces beef broth
Instructions
  1. Place roast in slow cooker.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour worcestershire sauce on roast.
  4. Add all your vegetables.
  5. Add broth.
  6. Cover and cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
Notes
All the vegetables you use will depend on how much you want and what will fit in your slow cooker.
