Gluten Free Peanut Butter Bon Bons

Ingredients
  • 1 can vanilla frosting
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups gluten free graham cracker crumbs
  • Chocolate*
  • White chocolate*
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine frosting, peanut butter and butter.
  2. Using a fork, blend well.
  3. Stir in crumbs until thoroughly mixed.
  4. Form into 1 inch balls.
  5. Place on a cook sheet lined with wax or parchment paper.
  6. Chill for 1 hour.
  7. Melt chocolate according to package directions.
  8. Dip balls into chocolate one at a time until full coated.
  9. Place back on wax or parchment paper.
  10. Place back into frig until chocolate has harden.
Notes
*I used bark chocolate.
