Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
  • 2 broccoli heads, cut into small florets
  • ½ lb bacon*
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
Instructions
  1. Mix the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar together.
  2. Toss in broccoli, bacon and onion until evenly coated with mayonnaise mixture.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or over night.
  4. Serve as is or add sunflower seeds, raisins or water chestnuts.
Notes
* I use low sodium turkey bacon
