Ooey Gooey Bars Gluten Free

Ingredients
  • 1 Package GF Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 1 Stick of Butter (use vegan butter to make dairy free)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 8 ounces Cashew Cream
  • 1 pound Powder Sugar
Instructions
  1. Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg together. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan
  2. Mix cashew cream, powder sugar and 2 eggs together. Pour on top of cake mixture in pan.
  3. Bake 350 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes
