Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk (I used almond milk)
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, divided
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tsp gluten free Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2½ pounds potatoes, cut into ½" slices (I used Yukon gold)
  • 1 cup chopped onions
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine 1 cup milk, 1 cup cheese, ketchup, worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; set aside.
  3. Coat a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
  4. Arrange half the potatoes and half the onions in the bottom of baking dish.
  5. Top with ½ half milk and cheese mixture.
  6. Repeat layers with potatoes, onion, and milk/cheese mixture.
  7. Top with remaining 1 cup cheese.
  8. Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender and cheese is melted.
