Gluten Free Brown Sugar Pound Cake

Ingredients
  • 3 sticks butter, at room temperature
  • 1 Pound brown sugar
  • 5 eggs, at room temperature
  • 3 cups Pamela's Artisan Flour Blend
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup almond milk or any milk
  • 1 tsp gf vanilla extract
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a bundt pan.
  3. With a mixer, cream butter and sugar.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time, to butter and sugar.
  5. Add vanilla.
  6. In a small mixing bow mix flour, baking powder and salt.
  7. Alternating add flour mix and milk to batter, starting and ending with flour.
  8. Pour batter into pan.
  9. Bake for 50 minutes.
