Gluten Free Cranberry Casserole

Ingredients
  • 3 cups chopped apples (I used gala)
  • 2 cups raw cranberries
  • 1¼ cups granulated sugar
  • 1½ cups gluten free quick cooking oats, uncooked
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ⅓ cup gluten free flour
  • ⅓ cup pecans, chopped
  • ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a 2 quart casserole, combine apples, cranberries and granulated sugar.
  3. In a bowl mix the remaining ingredients together.
  4. Spread mixture on top of cranberries and apples.
  5. Bake 45-55 minutes or until bubbly and lightly brown.
