Best Tuna Salad Ever
- 18-20 ounces Albacore White Tuna in water
- ½ medium sized sweet onion chopped
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup shredded carrot
- ½ medium size Granny Smith apple, with skin, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- ¼ cup sweet relish
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- In a large container, place chopped apple, pour on lemon juice then add rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the flavors can blend
