Cashew Cream

Ingredients
  • 16 ounces of cashews, soaked for 4 to 8 hours. Strain, rinse and strain again.
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ¾ cup water
  • ½ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor and puree until creamy and smooth.
