Glutino Gluten Free Stuffing

Ingredients
  • 2 Tbsp of unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1½ cups of chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • l box Glutino corn bread Gluten Free Stuffing
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Lightly grease one 8x8 baking pan.
  3. In a heated skillet add the 2 Tbsp of unsalted butter and sauté onions and celery until translucent.
  4. Let the vegetables cool.
  5. In a mixing bowl empty package of stuffing mix. Add cooled sautéed onions and celery, eggs, chicken/vegetable broth.
  6. Let stand one minute.
  7. Stir until all the liquid has been absorbed.
  8. Place in greased baking pan and pack down.
  9. Cover with foil, bake for approximately 25 minutes.
  10. Uncover and finish cooking for an additional 8 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 F.
