Chocolate Syrup Brownies Gluten Free
- ½ cup butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Pamela's Artisan Flour Blend
- ¼ teaspoon gluten free baking soda
- ¾ cup chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla extract
- ¾ cup chopped nuts
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
- Cream butter. Add sugar gradually; cream until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
- Mix flour and baking soda together.
- Add flour and syrup alternating. Starting and ending with the flour mixture.
- Fold in vanilla and chopped nuts.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
