Chocolate Syrup Brownies Gluten Free

Ingredients
  • ½ cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup Pamela's Artisan Flour Blend
  • ¼ teaspoon gluten free baking soda
  • ¾ cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
  2. Cream butter. Add sugar gradually; cream until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each one.
  4. Mix flour and baking soda together.
  5. Add flour and syrup alternating. Starting and ending with the flour mixture.
  6. Fold in vanilla and chopped nuts.
  7. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
