Aunt Helen's Creamy Cabbage and Kielbasa

Ingredients
  • 1 medium head of cabbage, chopped coarse
  • 2 medium yellow onions, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup brown mustard
  • 2 cups sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1 13 oz Turkey Polska Kielbasa, sliced
Instructions
  1. In a large pot or dutch oven, add enough water to barely cover the bottom of the pot, place coarsely chopped cabbage and sliced onions.
  2. Cook on medium heat until cabbage and onions are tender.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Stir in mustard and sour cream or yogurt.
  5. Add cut up turkey kielbasa.
