Place back in oven and bake another 15 minutes or until desired tenderness.
Notes
This recipe is not exact. Most of the time I just drizzle honey throughout carrots without measuring. I do the same with parsley. When using dry I just put enough to cover the carrots. You can use fresh and once again use as much or as little as you would like. I can never have too much parsley in this dish.
