Cole Slaw Dairy Free

Ingredients
  • ½ head of cabbage, shredded or chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • ⅔ cup mayonnaise
  • ⅛ cup agave nectar
  • 1 Tablespoon almond milk (could use any type of non dairy milk)
  • 1 Tablespoon vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Combine mayonnaise and next five ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add vegetables and toss to coat.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow flavors to blend.
