Thinking about the Super Bowl?  Planning a big party or just a small gathering, this is sure to be a winner with your crowd.
This is a good do ahead recipe to make, refrigerate and then reheat on the day of the big game.
In fact, I thought they tasted better the next day.

Ingredients
  • l cup gluten free Barbecue sauce
  • ½ teaspoon of chipolte sauce
  • ¼ cup apricot perserves
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • ¾ teaspoon of chili powder
  • 24 chicken wings or drumettes
Instructions
  1. In small mixing bowl combine barbecue sauce, chipolte sauce, apricot perserves and thyme. Wisk all ingredients well.
  2. Mix salt and chili powder and sprinkle on chicken.
  3. Heat skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Place chicken in skillet and cook until done.
  4. Brush sauce on wings, turn to low and continue to cook. Turn and baste chicken approximately every 5-7 minutes, until all of sauce
  5. mixture has been used.
